Carlsbad by Storybird

I liked Carlsbad. I liked the tire swings, which are really awesome. They’re not normal tire swings. There is a tall pole that sticks up from the ground and is connected to five smaller poles, all horizontal. The smaller poles are connected to all the chains that are connected to the tires. All the tires are different sizes and different heights from the ground. I liked the tire that is farthest from the ground. It made me feel like I’m on a carousel.

I also liked meeting the Leonards. The two oldest boys were fun to play with, even though they were a little younger than I was.

I liked the Carlsbad Caverns. I saw lots of imagined pancakes dripping with syrup and ice cream dripping with hot fudge and caramel.  Ice cream. Ice cream. Ice cream. Ice cream. I LIKE ice cream.
