National Zoo

The kids and I hit the metro at 9:30, waiting to leave until the price dropped. Data is our metro-ticket man (he carries our tickets and passes them to us when needed) and he is very conscious of our travel time.

Quick Stop in the Windy City

The kids and I recently finished our Zoology unit on Sea Creatures. When we began the unit last fall I told the kids we would take a field trip to Shedd Aquarium.

Vehicle Test Drives

We test drove three tow vehicle candidates this morning: an ‘01 Chevy Crew Cab 2500 Truck, an ‘02 1500 Chevy Suburban, and an ‘03 Ford V10 Excursion.
