Cortez

We spent 3 nights in Cortez, and really don’t have much to say for it.  We had intended to visit nearby Mesa Verde, but between family members not feeling 100% and then poor weather those plans got cancelled.  The park wi-fi was the best we’d seen in some time so I was able to get some work done. There was a library visit, a Wal-mart run, laundry, and a quick couple of geocaches, but otherwise our stay here was unremarkable save for it was where we made the decision to sell our house and go full-time in the RV.

Which, I suppose, is a pretty monumental thing.

We were camped next to you in Albuquerque at Enchanted Trails.  The weather was so bad we didn’t get to meet you.  We have now moved on to Cortez, staying at Sundance RV Park for a month, enjoying Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Four Corners, Hovenweep, and Durango before moving on to Moab.  Will explore UT for the rest of the summer.  See my website for our past seven years of travel…first five years is up to date on Earthlink site, then a few years on blogspot (link on Earthlink) and I’m also on facebook with recdent photos.  Safe travels.  We love full-time; hope you do too.
