Miranda gets a bit of press this week with a fitness app review posted on Medium.com
Staying fit is hard enough. Throw in the ever-changing schedule and surroundings that fulltime travel brings to the table and it’s even harder.
There’s an App for That
A few months ago I found the Sworkit app. What we’ve liked about Sworkit is you just tell it how long you want to work out for and the type of workout you want to do (there are options for stretching, yoga, core strength, etc).
Sworkit then leads you through a workout, counting you down and showing example videos of the various exericises.
A Motivated Teen
Miranda has an interest in building her body strength up so uses the app to do a workout just about every day.
She came up with the idea of writing a blog post for Sworkit, contacted them, and they accepted.
